My experience in the real estate profession began in 1993. This lengthy and continuous experience has taught me to handle most situations that may arise in getting a transaction to the settlement table. I can work with you as a buyer agent or seller agent, whichever is your preference. I am knowledgeable in a variety of first-time home buyer programs, such as, CDA, CDBG, FHA, FHA 203(K), VA and Officer/Teacher Next Door. For sellers, I will prepare a marketing plan designed to get your home sold in the first 30 days on the market.
My education and training include a BS in mathematics from Huston-Tillotson College with some graduate studies, and hundreds of hours of training in the real estate profession including the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
